North29 Summer Training
North29 Off-Ice Dryland Sessions
Knights Hockey is teaming up with North29 Hockey Development this off season to offer off-ice dryland training at Rhinelander Ice Arena with Coach MJ Laggis.
Sessions will focus on:
- Puck skills
- Shooting
- Stick handling
- Explosiveness
All sessions are coed and offered à la carte. Skaters may register for individual one-hour sessions based on their age group and availability. To ensure a small, individualized training environment, each session will be capped at four participants.
What to Bring
Running shoes, water bottle, stick, and gloves.

Sessions available from 11:00 AM–4:00 PM (start times on the hour)
Please arrive 5 minutes early and be ready to begin at your scheduled start time.
