Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

August On-Ice Group Sessions

Full refunds will be granted if cancelled more than 1 week prior than session date/time. No refunds if cancelled within 7 days of session date/time.

Fall Battle Camp

REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN FULL IF CANCELLED BEFORE AUGUST 1ST 2026 - AFTER AUGUST 1ST 2026 A PARTIAL REFUND MAY BE IF THE SPOT CAN BE FILLED PRIOR TO AUGUST 31ST 2026.

Knights Mini Camp

No refunds will be given if cancelled within 1 week of scheduled minicamp. Full refund if cancelled more than 1 week in advance. Please email devaultjenna@gmail.com if you'd like to cancel a session.

North29 Summer Training

Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of start time.

Northwoods 3v3 Summer Showdown

Full refunds are available up to one month prior to the start date of the program. After that point, refunds will only be considered in cases of injury or extenuating circumstances. We appreciate your understanding as we plan ice time, staffing, and tournament brackets based on registered participants.
